When you see positive reviews for the Marina Terrace apartments, they have probably been entered by the management staff. Why' To boost the ratings of this place. Why doesn't the staff respond to negative comments with a verified management response' Because it would cost them $280 to be able to do it. That should give you some indication as to the lack of commitment to spend money on the maintenance of this complex.

You see lots of cool sign spinners out front trying to get people to come in and look at the apartments. They will give you all kinds of attention until you sign the lease. After that, you aren't given the time of day. So, don't believe all those comments about a management staff that is "eager to please". That only applied to prospective tennants.

Agreed. The management even offered gift certificates to tenants that wrote positive reviews. Sad. I'm moving out next month!

I agree...If you have to BRIBE your tenants to say good things, you know you have a real problem.
