I moved in almost three years ago. I've seen a lot of managment change which can be un-nerving easy as a tenant. But this is what happens with large companies these days. So, you have to ride the change as a tenant. I have to say that the new management company is awesome. They are always improving their systems and are eager to make things better. I am very pleased and impressed with them. They are a mix of professionalism and heart and are constanting looking for ways to improve to make the tenants happy and comfortable. The apartments are modern, new bright and clean as well as the grounds. I am very happy they are the new management. The most important factor of living here is that as a single mother I know I am safe. My daughter and I are very happy living here. We have peace of mind knowing we are in a community with such good people who look after us.
