Strictly assigned indoor parking; Very quiet neighbor makes you think; "am i really facing Lincoln Blvd.'"; Always well-kept beauty, there is almost no day that I don't see cleaning crew; Well-lit building with patrol staff every night gives you peace of mind; Building interior & exterior are both well maintained; When it comes to maintenance of utilities, spirit of "Within 24 hours response guarantee" from previous management company still lives on with the new management company; Every residential service/leasing staff is highly respectable in terms of professionalism yet friendly like your neighbor (and some of them really are residents of the property). Besides those ordinary criteria, I'd like to say you bump into very laid-back friendly people everywhere in this building; upgrade of amenities have been always going on (can't wait for the even bigger gym!); It's my third year here, this is the most comfortable condo that I have ever lived in.

Yeah right!!! This made me laugh out loud . . . . I've lived here over a year, and have never even SEEN the supposed night patrol!!! And, I tried calling night patrol once only to find out they no longer have a contract with our building (and management never circulated info on the new company). The front door to the Fiji building is broken about 80% of the time, so that anyone off the street could walk in. Clearly, this is another management posting!

Lived in building 1....none of the same problems as building 2...liked marina terrace but must admit this is REALLY exaggerated and NOT true.... marina terrace is mediocre ....NOT LUXURY....
