I'm seriously considering breaking my lease!! First of all, the management SEEMED HELPFUL before I signed my lease...and now- if I go into the main office they are so rude. It is not hard for me to believe that MANAGEMENT IS POSTING POSITIVE REVIEWS pretending to be tennants. Also, I am allergic to dogs, so I moved into building one that SUPPPOSEDLY was a "dog-free" environment...so who wants to explain WHY the halls smell like pee, dogs run freely off their leashes AND the MANAGMENT even has dogs here.
The dog-free building is loud with barking dogs on the balconies. It really is a shame that I have wasted so much time and money on this place.
Also, they are VERY UNORGANIZED and leave notes on your door about missing payments that really were paid. They don't know what they're doing!

I can't explain how MISERABLE this has been. YUCK

Just so you know, you have to give 30 days notice and pay an additional month's rent to break your lease. We asked.
