I was a former resident of Fiji Villas (whatever it's called now)...This was back in 03-04 and I still get email updates on this apartment complex and I wanted to see if any improvements have been made since I've lived here. However, I see that nothing's changed if not gotten worse. I absolutely hated living in Fiji Villas/Chateau...The leasing consultants (aka incompetent people) had no idea what they were doing and when you went into complain they would act like they were busy...It's all a cover-up. This complex has aged like moldy bread through the years and it's to a point of no return...From what I read, it truly must me a terrible situation when you must use bribery to get good reviews from tenants. Please do yourself a favor and drive away and don't look back when you see this place off of Lincoln....It's not worth the money, time and most of all the 24/7 headache. If you move here, you're home will not be a haven and you sure won't be saying, "Home sweet Home" while living in this dingy complex(es).

Very concrete and detailed complaint, I see. Still, next time you do a review, could you please specify, why exactly did you rate, parking - 1 star, maintenance - 2 stars, noise - 1 star, and so on? Was there anything you liked about the building? How does it compare to others? Were there any better apartment buildings in the area? How would you explain that Marina Terrace (that's what it's called now) has one of the best ratings on this web site? (Oh, must be the bribes, and I am sure, you have proof of that) --- (add-on 7/11/08): the reviewer may have the right idea - for himself - not to live here, but I stil don't see the facts, or even reasons, behind his or her ratings. What problems, exactly, did the reviewer have with the grounds? noise? parking? safety? I've had my share of problems, and I've listed them in my review. Still, in comparison to other buildings I've lived in, this one is in the top 5%.

To: cepnoi I don't know about the 'site' as I don't have time to check it all...but it's certainly NOT one of the highest rated complexes in the marina. It's number 12 out of 21 rated complexes. Not even in the top half. I've got a full review on here elsewhere, so I won't go into all the 'detailed problems' here. Since this is posted with my username, you're welcome to look it up. The reviewer has the right idea, don't ever move in here.
