The management here is terrible...here are just a few things I've had to deal with:
The elevator has been broken since I moved in, heard it costs too much to fix so they won't do it; the inspection certificate is dated 11/06 and expires a year later...which means it expired almost a year ago. Dirty building in common garage lobbies cuz they don't have garbage cans so people just throw their garbage on the floor; any number of doors have had locks changed or they break and you get to find out when you can't get in; they arbitrarily raise the rent when your lease is up a REDICULOUS amount, and rent is already high to begin with. And here was my favorite...they constantly give away reserved parking spots to new tenants...as if it's brain surgery to keep track of ones that are already taken!! And it sucks to come home at 8 at night after a long day and someone is parked in your spot, and the office is closed!!! This place sucks, do not rent here...send management a message...they need to stop putting money into landscaping that's just fine, and fix elevators, doors...add trash cans, get a database for garage spots, etc. They're more concerned about getting new tenants and put all their energy into the leasing office, but once you're here, the resident services and management offices doesn't care about you at all!!!

wow i am sad to hear all this, i went to the web site and this place seemed like the best place in town. I was looking at a 2 bedroom 2 bath for 2400, at 1000 sq, I moving from newport beach from a gated resort so I am really freaked out. I pay 2200 now, that is with an addition $300 to be on a month to month lease. I was excited this seemed like what i needed- close to the beach, it has parking, it has a washer and dryer in unit, allows pets, seems like a nice pool and gym. My job wil be on 11000 wilshire and seemed like a decent commute. Do you know where to move to if not here. Can you suggest a better place for the same money and type of community. I was really excited and then saw so many bad reviews Thanks Sadly leaving newport beach to marry my job in LA
