First of all if you like bad rap videos then this is the place for you! I have never seen so many ----ed up, lazy, fat ghetto fabulous retards! If you like getting bikes stolen, cars broken into, people leaving garbage in the halls and management that does nothing, then this is the place for you!

The management likes giving lazy ghetto ------- apartments here and it is awful. We are about 6 months into our lease and can't wait to get out of the f-ing place!

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! IT IS BAD,EXPENSIVE and NASTY!!!

i totally agree! i have a couple of friends that used to live there and there was criminal activity reported all the time. from cars being broken into, units broken into, vandalism in the hallway, discourteous tenants, etc.. It's no surprise that all these massive complexes offer low-income housing and it's usually these "lower-income" people get shipped over from Inglewood, Crenshaw and elsewhere and plopped into a CLEAN, CLASSY community like Marina Del Rey. Seriously, these companies need to stop tarnishing these reputable communities with these "people"... they already got Playa Vista's Fountain Park...
