Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Ihave lived in this building for about one year and have always had quick responses to any problem that has occured. I realize the building is large and everything can not always be perfect. Having owned rental units i do realize that you can never satisfy all of your tennants. I feel Marina Terrace does a pretty good job and the people working in resident services have always been couteous and responsive to any problem that I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
Sorry to hear that other people have had problems, however that again can be expected in a large complex.
