I have been a long time resident of Marina Terrace and I am very impressed with the present management. They are professional, friendly and caring. During the recent extensive remoderling, tenants were kept up to date on progress and timelines. The remodeling was completed in a timely manner with few delays. There are a lot of new and modern amenities such as a an impressive gym, updated lobby and beautification of the building landscaping. The building is clean, well maintained and safe. A special thanks to Dustin, Lewis, customer service, and maintenance personnel for making it fun to live here again. If you are looking for a luxury apartment on the Westside, I highly recommend Marina Terrace.

LOL, this guy obviously works here as NO ONE that lives her actually feels this way! Just ask the staff here how many people move out after their 1 year is up! If it was so great don't you think more people would stay?

I agree with Anonymous... the Responder.
I can't wait to get out of this place. I would break my lease, but I can't afford the wasted $$$ to do it.
I see very nice residents, to people that look like they live out of their cars. I don't understand how half the people that live here can afford to. Do they get Section 8 living?!?!?!

Yah..this place bites. I am tired of waking up with headaches from all the gas fumes from teh Shell station right outside my window.
