Indeed, New tenants are mostly stupidly noisy and I feel like living in dorm again...
'Stellar' management is terrible, nothing is improved and get worse.

Now this apartments changed name (front building nameboard is changed on August 17, 2009) as "AQUA Apartments - Marina del Rey" from "Marina Terrace Apartments".

I guess that the management/owner of this property try to intentionally manipulate people from "Marina Terrace Apartments" got too many bad reputations.
