Worst Management Office EVER

Wow. What a bunch of idiots is all I can say. They are rude, incompetent, and will try to make it seem like THEIR errors are YOUR fault. I love our actual apartment and the building is local to everything. I just cringe every time I think about having to deal with the management office. I'm hoping that now it's Aqua they clean up their act because if this is how it will be I will not be renewing after my year lease is up.
