	Old building but very friendly and responsive staff. There is construction everywhere in the marina right now so be wary of what's going on outside of the unit you're shown. The apartments can get quite warm during peak summer months. ... more

	Beautiful views. Undergoing major interior remoldeling. Large units. Of course some noise in the bottom floors. Some have faux wood floors on the first level.
