I just moved out of this place and am so much happier because of it. I lived there from 4/07 to 9/08 and in the time that I lived there I was woken up in the middle of the night at least once a week because the cops were being called. There were 5 raids in the year and a half I lived there and there are 5 registered sex offenders living in the complex all of whom the management does not fore warn you about when moving in. I always had something wrong in my apartment and had to beg and plead to get things fixed (when they actually had some one employed to do the repairs) and most of the times the cops were called it was because of something having to do with the managers family, otherwise they were always involved in a situation causeing the disturbance. And to top it off one night we even had someone going door to door asking if people sold crack, not to mention the people who actually did sell it in the complex. And if you want to complain about it the place to the management company don't bother they never do anything about it, they just shuffle you around from one voicemail to another trying to get rid of you. All in all if you're thinking of moving there I strongly urge you not to.
