im serious..i have a 6 month lease..couldn't stand to be here for 4 months.
the apartment complex itself even looks like crap..but within my FIRST NIGHT at the apartment there were gang beating outside..second night..a drug raid..every night there is something else going on..THEN i found also that my key to my front door works on almost every apartment here..same as there keys..this place is not safe!!
i have never seen a crime rate like this..cars are stolen almost every night..the surveillance in the parking lot is just for show and doesn't work..
if your considering moving here..go to your local police office first and get a crime report..and maybe even visit this place during the night...
i also had a problem with our maintenance man..he threatened my with physical violence and the management didn't do anything about it.. he mad damages to my apartment ina fit of rage ...it is scary here..i have seen allot fo people come and go in this past 4 months..
ALSO THERE ARE 8 SEXUAL PREDATORS INHIBITING IN THIS 51 UNIT COMPLEX..also keep in mind 17 of those units are vacant..( look at that ratio)
