On site management is practically non-existent. The manager comes and goes whenever she pleases. Drugs are a big problem here. They have a lot of problems with leaks in this complex so be very careful before renting here. This is the worst apartment experience I have every had. This building was a HUD building and has not soundproofing. You can hear every step made above you. The management company is very disorganized and hard to deal with. Highly unrecommended.
