We have lived at the martinez hillside apartments for a year and a half. The building is falling apart, along with being infested with mice, fleas, pincher bugs and other insects. In a 3 corners of our walls their was mold rotting away. The managment is a joke, we put in a work order to get our garbage disposal fixed in april of 06, they did'n fix it untill january of 07. Also, in the year and a half we lived there, we had a span of 4 managers, with 3 months having absolutley no manager present. We put in numerous work orders for things only to be told they were going to fix it right away, but never fixed anything. On top of being infested with mice, the people are extremely loud and dont care much about being quite at late hours. The laundy room is now only open from 8am in the morning to 5pm due to crime ( people trying to break into the money machine). I could go on and on, I'll just leave it at this place just plain is unprofessional and a very not good place to live. Do your self a favor and find a better apartment complex to live in.

I have lived here at Martinez Hillside apartments for over six months and it really is becoming a wonderful place to live now that there is a new manager here who has cleaned up the property and the demographic's have completely changed for the better since she has been here, and as far as bugs and mice it is simply not true because I haven't seen any of this nor is there mold in my apartment...I applaud the new management team.
