have lived here at Martinez Hillside apartments for over six months and it really is becoming a wonderful place to live now that there is a new manager here who has cleaned up the property and the demographic's have completely changed for the better since she has been here, and as far as bugs and mice it is simply not true because I haven't seen any of this nor is there mold in my apartment...I applaud the new management team.
