I have lived here the last 3 years, The 2 bed rooms are much better then the 1. Noise can be a problem if you live by the pool, but the noise is no different then any other apartment. The Managers are wonderful and will fix any problem without even charging you. My biggest complaint is the wild house cats that live here, something needs to be done to stop this problem. I did not know some tennents are being charged for water and garabage, WOW. Thank goodness it is not me. Carports are very thin. Still though I have lived in 6 different apartments throughout my life (none in the ghetto by the way) and this is the second best.
