I lived here for about 10 months. during those 10 months i barley knew there were managers here. When I moved into my apartment they wanted me to make a list of problems with it. Not only was the list long but, I also wished I conuld have added to it.They wanted it back the next day. to name a few prblems poorly cleaned, poor paint job, older carpet.
The apartment i was shown aparently a "model" was nice but, nothing like the one i moved into. Very expensive for nothing special. $895 water, garbage, and sewege. which came out to about $950 instead.
Parking was a joke. especially if you have two cars. There is one assigned spot and if its near an entrance. you were usually blocked in by guests parked in the RED zone who were too inconsiderate to park somewhere else.
Also, they let some people have cats. Some people can't. Which is why i left because my 13 year old cat wasnt allowed there but about 1/2 the other tennants were allowed. Also. if you dont have a cat there are plenty to choose from. There was about 8 that lingered through the parking lots that i knew of messing up everyones cars with scratch marks and dirty paws. don't bother washing your car. I felt bad for the animals because no one took care of them and the management didnt attempt to stop them from reproducing or relocating them.
The hallways were very run-down. Dirty stained carpet, also smelly. The family above me had probably 4 kids who would run around from 7am to 11pm 7 days a week.
and to top it off. the week i moved in someone was car jacked. rumor says with a gun! probably because anyone could walk into anywhere off the streets. ther "secured doors" were a joke because they were stuck open with bricks at all hours of the night.
