I have lived at this complex for over five years, and I feel recently that the addition of Walmart has changed the environment of the area. Prior to Walmart's arrival it was a quiet and safe complex, however, I now feel it lacks the previous safety. I also think there are too many children running around unsupervised---and are being rude to the other tenants. I think the acceptance of Section 8 tenants has worsened the quality of tenants. I believe the manager and the staff tend to problems immediately---it is not their fault that the owners of the complex choose to have too many Section 8 tenants---previously the number of Section * tenants was lower.
