I refuse to let the good people be taken over by the bad. We must hold our ground and set the standards for other good people to join our community. I have lived here for many years, and I know many other tenants that have lived here as long or longer---they are good, educated, hard working people, and I refuse to let the bad tenants, that write bad reviews because they were evicted, define our community. I have had nothing, but great experiences with the management team and the maintainance team; they have always done their jobs extremely well. I find it interesting that some tenants say vandalism happened all the time---I am thinking, what are you talking about' Everyone always thinks they live in a community where bad things will not happen, but a crime wave is a crime wave, which can happen anywhere. For instance, just before Cristmas, a couple from the "safe and crime free" Pleasanton had their polar bears taken from their yard---crime happens everywhere. I moved to this apartment complex because it offers suburbia and country at the same time---there are horses above and behind the complex, which is quite charming! I think the whole county is changing a lot, which is why we, the good people, must remain to invite other good people to join our community. If you, as a renter, do not have respect for yourself, your surroundings, your children, or your spouse---DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! We want fellow tenants that pay their rent on time, respect other people's property, and respect the community's property.
