management is horrible but quiet community

I have lived in this community for over 7 years, but have recently given notice to leave. The management has not been up to the standard that they used to be. The manager Kathy 6 years ago, was great. The more recent manager Melissa is horrible, she was never in the office, and never returned my phone calls. The apartments are nice, but cheap materials are used and they fall apart. The grounds are kept well, except management doesn't do anything about pets leaving droppings, they are all over.
They also increase rent $$$ a lot each time you renew!
