OK -- So I literally JUST found out about this apartmentratings website -- SAVED ME FROM A HUGE MISTAKE, by the way -- and decided to check on the validity of some of the ratings-- just basically to make sure this wasn't a place where people only go to complain.
Statistically, if a person has a good experience, say at a restaurant -- they generally tell 3 people. In the event of a BAD experience... they tell 20 PEOPLE.

That having been said, I decided to look up Ridgecrest Apartments... where I haven't even lived for over 2 years now... I was more than delighted to see a 100% rating!

Honestly, the staff (Hank, the landlord & Al the maintenance guy) are amazing. Hank is the landlord to end all landlords. You call up and say a light-bulb is burnt out, they'll be in there to fix it before sundown.

Grounds are kept up vigilantly, and never had a bad experience with any tenants.

Overall -- I can give Ridgecrest no less than a 10 out of 10! And actually, I'm considering looking there again in my desperate search now for a decent place to move!
