When looking for an apartment this one seemed better than the others. Renovations "looked" nice. Shortly after I moved in the painted counters started chipping and things started breaking, drawers fell out when I opened them. Nobody was ever in the office when I called to have things fixed, I left messages and nobody returned my phone calls. My rent checks were lost and I had to pay late fees. Finally I reached the manager Melissa and she was rude, and seemed not to care. She made appointments with me 3 or 4 times and never showed up. Dog poop covered the lawn and management did nothing. The maintenance guy who eventually came to fix my faucet was very polite.
