Ellis Lake Apartments

Horrible Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If it hadn't been for needing to move asap I would have shopped around for a better complex. Manager lets her son and his friends run wild and even rents to her own nephew. Clearly she plays favorites and if she doesn't like you she will give you as many problems as possible. Is slow on repairs and doesn't seem to try and do anything about break ins. We have had at least two to three cars broken into in the last month. Parties run at all hours of the night and the noise level is especially bad on the weekends. Son pretty much does whatever he wants and has started more than one fight since I've lived there. My advice to you is go somewhere else. Don't even bother stopping by.
