Not a bad place at all!

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The only reason we're moving at all is for a promotion I received in a city 2 hours away. The mgmt staff is friendly and they do their best to help you with your issues. The maintenance staff is just a bunch of old guys, and we've had a few issues with their cleanliness (dirty feet trodding through our house, not cleaning up after themselves 100%), and sometimes they just seem to be guessing what may be causing your problem. We had our washer flood a few times from a broken clip that holds the basin, and the guys misdiagnosed and failed to repair it on both occasions. We even had a pipe burst in our storage room and it flooded into our house and through our closets and bedroom! The maintenance guys didn't seem to be able or willing to help us past 12 on a Saturday... But, the mgmt did act quickly to our problem and was willing to help us make arrangements to move (when we first thought we would have to) out from the damage.
Even with those isolated issues, the place looks nice, most of the neighbors are okay, and besides an occasional skateboarder by the mailbox, the kids are pretty well behaved. They had problems in the rec area for a while with kids over-running it and trashing the joint so that eventually it was put on lockdown after office hours; now they've made the main building more secure and 86'd any unsupervised kids from hanging out in there. It's been a good place for us to live, and we would recommend it to anyone who wanted to live in the area. ** Just check the rent amounts- I found out our lease payments are more than the current advertised price!**
