I lived there for 11 years, visited it yesterday, and there was new paint, a new entrance, and clean pool with a fence big enough to keep kids from jumping over the fence. They have new, more effective, rules to keep people from parking in the fire lanes. The new management has done a great job with the landscaping, the total atmosphere, and the newly refurbished exercise area. I've heard they're adding parking spaces for visitors, too.

Sorry, but new entrances, paint jobs, and pools do very little for the quality of living inside a home. The atmosphere is also less than good.
