We've moved in our apartment a few years ago, and found the location and price was perfect! We do however have one neighbor that seems to be a problem. But this person has had a history of being this way... We really have enjoyed living here, but as we found out who our new mangers are going to be, with there crazy ideas of taking over the place, I just don't see us living here much longer... So, if you are looking for a nice place to live, and don't want to spend alot of money, there jr. 1 bedroon apartments would be ideal... (ours maybe avibable soon) Oh, one last thing... Per the rental agreement, there are NO pets allowed in these apartments... I just can't understand why it seems like everyone has a pet!

As the new manager taking over, we have no CRAZY ideas of taking over, only enforcing the rules as the owner wishes. Our rental agreement is already quite lenient, since there are tenants not only with pets, but children, and other "creatures". If you are moving out, so be it! People like you don't have any business living here with that attitude. We are only interested in keeping a safe and clean environment for our families and neighbors. So, please remove yourself from our "crazy" ideals, and find somewhere else to live.
