	I hate this place, the creatures congieling next door CONSTANTLY smoke and it CONSTANTLY makes my apartment reek of it, I have been complaining for 2 years now and the manager/owner haven't done anything. I have to spray bleach on ... more

	We've just moved in. It's small, but it's a studio, so it's expected. It's a great price for the area ($600 /mo, includes h2o, gas, elec, trash). We have a couple neighbors who like music...loud.
