Marbella Gated Community* 1365 Crafton Mentone Ca 92359*No Complaints - I have been at the Marbella Gated Community Since 2006. I'm have a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit on the first street as you enter from the security gates- In my opinion-I like the area that my unit is in the Complex, I have EXCELLENT NEIGHBORS* and the landlord is great to work with. Good and not-so-good We've just moved in. It's small, but it's a studio, so it's expected. It's a great price for the area ($600 /mo, includes h2o, gas, elec, trash). We have a couple neighbors who like music...loud.
