Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Apartments are usually busy and noisy. Covington Creek is the same but the people are friendly and many have been here a long time. Owners and Manager are involved and nothing goes wrong for very long. The problem people are kicked out fast!! I wish my last Manager was this involved
