They closed the laundromat and took out all the machines _without warning_ for three weeks and just told us to do our laundry elsewhere, not to mention when the laundromat _was_ open, there were teenagers smoking pot there at night.

People in management office not nice at all, and pretend nothing is wrong when there are problems. Called about rodent problem but they forgot all about it.

Hear every footstep and faucet and closet/sliding door opening and closing upstairs.

Have to pay exorbitant pet (cat) rent/fee every month, and deposit is significantly increased if you have a pet, too.

I am a resident here and there were notices given to all of us regarding the laundry rooms. I am very happy with the new floors, paint and machines. The manager and the maint. man are very helpful and friendly and i would highly recommend renting here. The improvements are wonderful. As for pot smoking, if anyone that lives here knows that, they should be calling the police. ITS OUR COMMUNITY Not just managements community. If you do not want to take responsibility to help keep YOUR community safe and nice then go somewhere else where people don't care, because alot of us here care ALOT!!

I am a resident also and I hate this hell hole, and cant wait to get out. Its too bad housing is so expensive, it makes it so even people who make decent money still have to live in slum. This place is noisy, the people are noisy and I've complained about my neighbors multiple times...without any help with the issue. I'ts gotten horrible since management changed and the laundry area is an ISSUE...washers and dryers on the Silverhorn side have been broken for weeks. The garbage is always scattered everywhere because people are dirty pigs. It's not safe...I came home at night not to long ago to be hit on by some jackass in the parking lot...what is wrong with people???
