I have lived in over 25 apartment complexes and Olivewood in Merced was, by far, the very best. Nancy, the manager runs a tight ship, and is a real professional. The maintenance folks are second to none, and properly repair things right away. No bullcrap, no waiting, no excuses. The grounds are always well groomed and the pools always clean and very enjoyable. In fact, both pools were just replastered and re-tiled. I looked at other apartment comunities, when I oved to Merced before chosing Olivewood, and it was a very wise choice. If you and you your family are looking for a great home in Merced, you have found it at OLivewood.
