The girls up front are just plain rude and imcompetent. I understand that Merced doesnt have much of a choice for living but its probably better to just rent a house for the price of an apartment these days. Our appliances keep breaking and if you dont mind waiting upwards of two weeks you might get it fixed. Frogs are rediculous and find ways into the homes because there is no upkeep on the buildings. Save your money for rending a house or atleast get the newer village terrace apartments. This has been my worst apartment living experience ever and once my lease is done i will be out.

I agree, also, these apartments have electric heat, which costs about four times as much to use as gas heat does.
