The management at this facility are extremely rude and incompetent. Upon moving out, my apartment was spotless and I was still charged $160.00 because it apparently needed a "medium cleaning." Upon contacting the management, Crystal Noret was extremely rude and never returned my calls. She initally was trying to charge for the carpets, which were noted on the initial move-in as damaged. When I notified her of this, she said that she could not find the move-in sheet and went from charging $80.00 to saying that they had plans to put in new carpet. I only lived here for 8 months and during this time, submitted many work orders that were rarely taken care of. The shower door, which is very heavy, fell several times and was never properly fixed. I HIGHLY caution anyone from choosing the Village Landing and Heritage Property Management in general.
