Truly the best in Merced - I have found the best apartments in Merced. I moved into The Villages from Village Terrace a few months ago and I finally feel like I'm at home. Ghetto Place Yeah so the manager is crazy, she yells at you for things that aren't really your fault and is just a little too ---- about who is or is not allowed to be in your apartment. She gets all up in your business and then tells you how you should live. Definitely not recommended.

I love living here. It is quiet, the manager is a really nice guy. We have a dog that is welcome. Anytime we have a problem we just call the office and they take care of it right away. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone. It is affordable and a great spot for my family.

Great complex everyone is very friendly
I accidently started a kitchen fire and the manager moved me to an empty apartment while mine was repaired!!
I received lots of support and help after the fire and was blessed to be a tenant at this apartment
