McFadden Apts Van Buren - Overall, I like living here. It is in a good location, very close to the 405, stores, and businesses. You can get to the beach easily, but we don't pay for the name of living in Huntington Beach since we are in Midway City. present resident have lived here several years-managers always respond to any maitenance requests @ the speed of light,no kidding!rates are too high considering there aren't ANY amenities and wish they'd lower prices for loyal residents...assigned parking for ONE but you can get lucky

McFadden Apt I've lived at this place for about 2 years. The surrounding area is pretty quiet. The manager and staff are very nice and easy to talk to. Any requests sent had been replied in 3 days. Maintenance guy comes by within a week. This place might not look like a nice safe area but I
