The apartment community has a great hilltop location with beautiful views. The complex has a gym, swimming pool, and nice landscaping. Chateau Chillon is a non-smoking/no pets community. Underground parking is available. The location near Seminary Drive is convenient for commuters. The apartments are spacious with floor to ceiling windows and the rental rates are stable.

Within a 10 minute drive, you can explore the communities of Tiburon, Sausalito, Larkspur, Greenbrae, and Corte Madera. The Sausalito and Larkspur Ferry Terminals are less than a 10 minute drive.

Only Issues: Old building - the community washers/dryers need replacement, mailboxes/common areas need painting, closet doors and windows need regular maintenance.

I just found this posting and the Statement is absolutely correct, the only negative Thing was the Noise from the Highway and of course the Buildings need Improvement and updated, but a great Price Value!
