Well insulated, solid walls/floor, minimal noise which is good because I like my privacy and quiet.
Good maintenance, nice management who are actually in during office hours, always.
Gym/pool/spa - nice and clean.
Guaranteed parking spot and a ton of guest parking.

Safe neighborhood, lots of trails to hike.

Wish there were washers and dryers in the apartments instead of coin-op laundry rooms, but at least they're clean and well-lit. Price went up recently, $1.75 for a wash and $1.00 to dry - kind of steep but this is Mill Valley.

I will continue to live here until I leave the Bay Area, it beats the hell out of living in San Francisco and it's not that expensive for Mill Valley, especially considering they are upscale apts.
