Nice, but management needs improvement

Beautiful place to live - unless you need something from the management. Mostly Ron is the problem. And his "yes person" wife. They attend to tenant needs whenever they choose, IF they choose. When I moved in, I gave them a check for $4500.00 and then, because they were too lazy to make keys they asked me to come back the next day. When I told them no, they gave me tons of attitude. Like is was a huge undertaking to make keys - nevermind the check I just wrote.
And if they don't like what you're asking for in terms of maintenance, they'll leave a nasty note on your door. Very un-professional Mom & pop style. Great place to live, if you never have to communicate with the people who run it.
