Great apartment, lots of space, big kitchen, walk-in closet. What more can I say' Oh, I can't hear anyone upstairs or below me and you can't hear much through the walls. There is the occasional late-night party of drunken 60-year-olds who leave their doors and windows open and blab late into the night, but it's not common. The area is really safe, and most of the people are really nice. There are a few pompous asshats here (welcome to Marin), but they are few and far between.

I've done my fair share over the years of asking for little upgrades or whatever in my apartment and have never received any 'attitude' with anyone in the office like someone else on here said. Then again, I'm not a pompous asshat...
