Very nice apartments, best of Marin. Located in a secluded area. The average tenant is over 50 years old person, quite and friendly. Well kept grounds, good managements, cats allowed. The pool is probably best in Northern Marin with 7 tennis courts. The pool is surrounded by roses and desies. What else is there to say' I hope the rent doesn't go up too much in the near future...
