Happy Here - 2 yrs I have found the management to be very helpful, and I have not had any difficulty with any of the staff. Apartments are a good size, especially for the price, grounds are lovely, neighbors quiet. Only annoyances are those I've experienced in every apt. complex

Good value for Mill Valley Pretty surroundings, summers are foggy and cool. Management throws quarterly get together for tenants. Hard to get phone service. Reasonably well maintained. Prompt attention to problems. Very nice pool heated all year.

Landlords IGNORE tenant requests. Every time tenants call, they forward their phone to the fax machine so the tenant can't get through. They don't like to be bothered! This is one step up from low income housing.
