| Avalon is now called Windwater - all apts are now individually owned and filled with Asian immigrants who want to live in Millbrae and send their kids to Mills. So, as a result, you have 3-generation families living in tiny ... more | ||||||||||||

| Lived here during 2004. Walls are pretty thick, staff on hand is really helpful and nice, ample parking, close to BART, great shopping nearby, quiet, clean...just an all around nice place to live. | ||||||||||||
