The owner not only returned almost all of the deposit back to me but also she sent it to my home in person.

Horrible Air polution This place can be quite good IF the management does a descent job, but it does not!
There are no rules here against smoking and barbecue in the small complex here, and that is what you will smell all the time.

Rent only if you are desperate This complex was taken over earlier this year. In the nine-ten months of ownership, it has been nothing but frustration for tenants. Disregard for tenants lives, slow to fix major issues.

Pretty Good Lived here during 2004. Walls are pretty thick, staff on hand is really helpful and nice, ample parking, close to BART, great shopping nearby, quiet, clean...just an all around nice place to live.

Not worth the rent When I first moved in, finding rental units was difficult so I took it. Luxury apartments? (You've got to be kidding.)

My big complaint is the fact the heating system in the living room is really loud when it is on and when my neighbours (on 3 sides) use their water it really loud in my apartment...I mean really loud.
