You will find her okay till you sign the lease. As soon as you sign the lease and even before you step out of her office, you will experience her real face. Not a single person in complex said good about her. I don't know why owner likes her. She should be fired immediately.

Go with complaints and come back with unrealistic advises. Never responds.
