My boyfriend and I had been looking for apartments in the Corona area when we stumbled across an ad for Homecoming. One weekend we decided to go check it out and let me tell you, I was shocked at how beautiful this community was. After finding a third roommate to help pay for rent (it's a bit pricey, but well worth it) we finally moved in.
We have our own private courtyard, all appliances were included, not to mention we have a two car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, and our townhouse is 1300 sq. feet. Everything looks as if it's brand new even though we are not the first residents to occupy this townhome.
The clubhouse is simply amazing, it's 14,000 sq. feet and includes a game room, cyber cafe, library, conference room, just to name a few features. There is a jr. olympic pool and several gas grills and gardens around the property. The property is very well maintained and there's even a small dog park on the premises.
The staff is so gracious, they cater to your every need. When we first moved in a couple things needed to be fixed such as a drawer and a spot on the tile. Within hours a maitanence man was there to fix the situation. Not only was everything fixed in a matter of hours, but one of the office staff even called to make sure we were satisfied with the work that had been preformed. There's also an activity director at the property that plans activies such as homework clubs for kids, karate classes, even a cruise and river rafting trip.
Needless to say I am so excited to find such a wonderful community to live. The people living in this community are more respectful than what you would expect from the residents living in an apartment community. There is definately more of an upper class feeling among people living here, probably because they actually screen residents so only decent people qualify.
Only downfall is parking can be limited and the rent is a tad more than what you would expect in this area (but you can definately see why judging by the immaculent upkeep of the property and living quarters).

Sounds like this is a fake... probably the manager trying to make the place look good.
