Too many dogs owned by irresponsible and discourteous neighbors. They're allowed to bark throughout the day. The breed and weight restrictions for dogs are NOT enforced. I have complained twice to management about the noise without any response. If you chose to live at Homecoming, don't expect a peaceful day at home and watch your small children!
The amenities are beautiful - gym, tennis court, and swimming pools. They're so beautiful that even non-residents enjoy using them. A gate that divides the parking lot from the pool area has been broken for over 2 months, allowing easy access for intruders. I have witnessed non-residents walking down the driveway, through the broken gate and knock on the gym door for access - actual residents have a keyfob.
If you don't mind noisy dogs and paying for non-residents to use private amenities, this place is great.

Well I dont know about the dog problem. I live on the out skirts of the complex and its pretty quiet. But I will agree about the non residents using our admenities and the tail riders that sneak in the gate behind you! Parking is limited and there is a big spider problem! These arent little spiders either! They are huge and everywhere!
