I work in the industry and for me to come to an apartment community where their management company prides themselves in customer satisfaction, I was utterly disgusted by the management here on site. This was the absolute worst experience ever. The manager was unreliable and the staff was incompetent and blatently rude. We were led to believe that we were getting a new apartment and two days prior to us moving in they put us in something totally different which was absolutely dirty. We were there for less than two months and we got a bill a couple of weeks ago from them stating that we owed them $800.00. If you ever decide you want to rent, PLEASE DONT RENT HERE. Save the stress and dissapointment for something worth it in which they are absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am also a current resident, and am willing to lose my $2,100.00 deposit because of the management. This place is a rip off. The management is so incompetent. I was put into a filthy apartment,and management had to come in and clean when we were moving in. They also practically stalk your car at night so make sure you have a parking tag and if you have friends, make sure they get a pass...you will get towed and it is expensive....no love from these people,they only see $$$$$$. The leasing manager and the night manager alone are reasons alone not to live here.

i just got a bill for 1666.00 on top of the 700.00 deposit they are keeping. i've never not paid a bill but i will never pay this- these people are taking advantage of us.
