I enjoy living at Homecoming. I've lived here for 1.5 years so far and love it. The grounds are well-maintained, the staff and freindly and attentive, the apartments (at least the one i'm in) is fairly new and well constructed. There are tons of amenities here (which i'm sad to say, i never take advantage of because i rarely have time). The neighbors around me are quiet and respectful. When i've had issues with appliances, the maintence staff took care of them right away (within the next day). The only thing the bothers me is that i live in the back, so I have to go through so many speed bumps!! Why must they put so many speed bumps so close together'' But overall, I would recommend this place.
